Restaurant l'Olivo - Chef Paolo Sacchini

This year Chef Paolo Sacchini, well known chef of the area with experience in local restaurants, will join us. He describes himself as a "WIZARD OF MEDITERRANEAN FLAVORS", comibining aromas of our Mediterranean Park (arbutus, catmint, mint, etc.) with our DOC olive oil and the typical and noble Tuscan Cuisine with our Bolgheri wine, I Greppi DOC and Greppicaia Reserve.

On request we make BBQ fish at the Mediterranean flavors.

The Restaurant L'Olivo is open to the public every day, except Wednesdays, for lunch and dinner, until mid June when the service is available seven days a week. It is suggested the reservation.

Coming here you can combine the delicious meal to visit the collections of over 500 species of plants selected and gathered in a park ranked among the most completed Mediterranean parks.
